The North Cliff Bar, The Restaurant and our outside terraces, sun loungers and pool area are open for hotel residential guests only.


We are fortunate to have spacious internal and external areas to ensure social distancing is not an issue.


Breakfast will be available from 8-9am and 9.15 – 10.15am and we will be offering cooked breakfast choices as well as a continental selection. Times Need to be pre-booked with reception.


Our Evening restaurant is available for booking from 6.00pm to 8.30pm . Our ‘a la Carte’ menu offers many homecooked dishes and features local Pembrokeshire and Welsh produce, as well as vegetarian and vegan options. Dining times must be booked in advance, and there is limited availability.


All guests must adhere to their booking time to avoid too many people in the area at any one time.


Guests are required to wear a face covering whilst moving through our public areas and until they are seated in our Bar, lounges or restaurant.


A maximum of 6 people are allowed per table booking in the Bar & Restaurant. This excludes children under the age of 11.

The Park Hotel Safe Stay Policy: In response to Covid-19 we have reviewed our operations and health & safety processes and developed a new safety protocol. Our Hotel Capacity has been reduced to allow social distancing for our guests and staff. The Hotel and its grounds are available to Hotel residents only. Closed to the general public. We can keep track of who is on the premises. We are a large property and fortunate to be able to offer outdoor spaces for our guests to use whilst maintaining Social distancing regulations of 2m.  Hotel amenities such as our Bar, restaurant, lounge and pool are currently closed under government restrictions. We have introduced a one-way system around the hotel to minimise potential contact/cross over on the staircases and hallways. Lift Usage has been limited to essential use only and we are promoting the use of stairs. Hand Sanitiser has been provided at entrances and key areas around the building. Screens have been installed at key service locations. Unfortunately at this time we can no longer welcome dogs to our property.  In-room dining will be offered as a contactless experience. With food delivered and collected from outside of the guest rooms.


We have currently suspended daily in room cleaning, Clean towels and tea coffee can be ordered from reception. Our work processes ensure all hand contact surfaces are disinfected on rotation and Bedroom sanitisation has been upgraded. As an Additional measure, Hotel Bedroom and shared areas will be sanitised using Anti-Viral Fogging equipment. Our staff are trained, and strict hygiene protocols have been reinforced and updated. We request our Guests to: • Follow government guidance on social distancing and be considerate of other guests on the premises. • Keep your hands clean, Use the hand sanitizer stations provided. And Wash your hands regularly. • Confirm their good health and absence of symptoms of Coronavirus, and that any recent international  travel conforms with quarantine guidelines, as a condition of their visit.
